• Making recommendations of certain products to potential clients after investigating new items.
• Keeping an eye on the inventory to make sure that orders are ready to be disbursed.
• Taking orders in person or over the phone.
• Recommend appropriate solutions to the clients and make them understand the technical aspect of the SaaS product.
• Soliciting important information about the necessity of SaaS products.
• Negotiating the appropriate price for the product.
• Providing technical support to customers after they purchase the product.
• Creating sales presentations and pitches for potential clients.
