Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping individuals improve their communication skills and overall quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments to diagnose and develop treatment plans for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
- Provide speech therapy services to patients, both individual and group sessions
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, educators, and families to implement comprehensive treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Maintain detailed records of patient care and progress
Qualifications
- Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- State licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and speech therapy techniques
- Experience working with pediatric populations is preferred
- Strong patient care and assessment skills
- Familiarity with early intervention practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
