Experience

• Proven experience in financial analysis within real estate or financial services sectors
• Strong background in financial model development and quantitative analysis techniques
• Deep understanding of financial markets, asset management strategies, and real estate financial markets
• Familiarity with investment management principles and portfolio management practices
• Proficiency with financial software tools such as Excel (including advanced functions), Bloomberg Terminal, or similar platforms
• Solid grasp of financial concepts including valuation methods, risk assessment, and market dynamics
• Prior experience in investment banking or financial planning is a plus but not required

Pay: $87,176.45 - $104,986.70 per year
