Lane House is seeking a dedicated RN Staff Development Coordinator to lead our nursing education and training initiatives. This vital role involves designing and implementing comprehensive training programs to enhance clinical skills, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and promote professional growth among nursing staff. The ideal candidate will possess extensive nursing experience across various settings and demonstrate a passion for teaching and mentorship.

Experience
Candidates should have substantial nursing experience in diverse clinical environments such as critical care units (ICU), hospital settings—including teaching hospitals—and skilled nursing or long-term care facilities. Prior experience in pediatrics, home care, or adult education is highly desirable. A strong understanding of medical documentation processes, medical records management, and healthcare regulations is essential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in medical terminology, physiology knowledge, anatomy principles, and patient care standards. Experience with training & development initiatives within healthcare settings is preferred to effectively support staff growth and compliance efforts.
