Brighter Strides ABA North Carolina Full-Time or Part-Time Onsite
Brighter Strides ABA is growing, and we’re looking for BCBAs who want to be part of a supportive, clinician-focused team. Whether you’re looking for a full-time or part-time opportunity, we offer flexibility, strong clinical support, and a culture that values both quality care and work-life balance.
As North Carolina prepares for regulatory changes, we’ve been proactive in structuring our caseloads to support our clinicians. We’ve also increased and enhanced our leadership team to be readily available to support our BCBAs with these changes.
A Great Place for New & Upcoming BCBAs
We’re also invested in developing the next generation of clinicians. Our new Step Up Program is designed to support graduate students in the final stages of their supervision and BCBA exam preparation, helping them transition confidently into clinical leadership roles. For newly certified BCBAs, we offer a dedicated mentorship program during the first year of certification — BCBAs within one year of passing their exam will be assigned a dedicated mentor — providing ongoing support, collaboration, and guidance from experienced clinical leaders.
