We are introducing our early-career Operational Systems Track to find professionals who see the world in workflows.
The Opportunity
As a Junior Systems & Operations Analyst, you will systematically dissect current software deployments, business administration interfaces, and infrastructure bottlenecks. You will support architectural mapping, configuration tracking, and application workflows, establishing an optimized link between data structures and organizational productivity.
Core Project Mandates
· Document systemic interactions, data flow linkages, and architectural bottlenecks within internal applications.
· Author high-fidelity cross-functional flowcharts, logic trees, and technical system specifications.
· Pull diagnostic datasets, structuralizing information tables to run optimization scripts and integrity validation.
· Maintain application configuration logs, tracking technical setups across staging and sandbox systems.
· Validate application behavioral criteria against functional specifications before system handoffs go live.
Profile Baseline
· Bachelor's degree completed in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related systems-focused majors.
· Exceptional structural mindset; absolute comfort mapping non-linear processes into highly structured technical steps.
· Practical, non-theoretical exposure to manipulating structured data tables via Microsoft Excel (lookups, formulas, data arrays).
· Ability to author clear technical definitions and standard operating procedures (SOPs) that software engineering squads can deploy without friction.
· Legal authorization to work inside the United States on a full-time, permanent basis without restrictive corporate visa sponsors.
Value Assets (Nice-to-Have)
· Familiarity with systems engineering frameworks, software development lifecycles (SDLC), or ITIL paradigms.
· Introductory contact with SQL query builders, database structures, Jira issue tracking, or MS Visio/Lucidchart systems.
What We Provide
· Immersive internal training focusing on system integrations, cloud application environments, and modern business analysis standards.
· Transparent milestone track outlining promotions toward full Systems Analyst, Product Owner, or Operations Director levels.
· Standard competitive corporate compensation paired with medical insurance options, 401(k) allocations, and structured PTO.
