BtoB Studio is looking for a part-time B2B Sales Representative / Appointment Setter to help us connect with small and mid-size businesses that need professional branding, video content, social media content, and website design services.

This is a remote, part-time position with flexible hours. New York / Eastern Time Zone is preferred, but we are open to the right candidate if they have strong communication skills and experience with U.S. B2B outreach.

BtoB Studio is a sub-brand of Digital Art Video (est. 1991), created to provide small and mid-size businesses with accessible branding, video content, social media content, and website design services.

BtoB Studio helps small and mid-size businesses improve their online presence with a stronger, more polished brand image. We support business owners with branding, promotional video content, social media content, website design, and creative marketing support.

Our goal is to help small businesses look more professional, attract more attention, and compete with larger brands.

Position Overview

We are looking for someone who can help research qualified leads, reach out to business owners, introduce BtoB Studio’s services, follow up professionally, and help book qualified sales appointments.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, professional, and comfortable contacting small business owners by email, LinkedIn, phone, or other appropriate B2B outreach methods.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify qualified small business leads
• Contact potential clients through email, LinkedIn, phone, and other outreach methods
• Introduce BtoB Studio’s branding, video content, social media content, and website design services
• Help book qualified discovery calls or sales appointments
• Track leads, outreach activity, follow-ups, and responses in a Google Sheet or CRM
• Follow up with prospects in a professional and organized way
• Provide regular updates on outreach progress, lead quality, and potential opportunities
• Work with our team to improve messaging and targeting

Ideal Candidate

• Experience in B2B sales, appointment setting, lead generation, business development, or SDR work
• Comfortable speaking with small business owners and decision-makers
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Professional, reliable, and self-motivated
• Organized and able to track outreach clearly
• Comfortable using Google Sheets, CRM tools, LinkedIn, email, and phone outreach
• Experience selling marketing services, website design, social media services, video production, branding, or other professional services is a plus

Compensation

Pay range: $20–$30 per hour, depending on experience.

This role may also include commission or performance-based bonuses for qualified appointments and closed deals. Final compensation structure will be discussed based on experience, sales background, and results.
