Project Manager – High-Rise Multifamily Construction - Concrete

About the Opportunity

Our client, a well-established real estate developer and general contractor, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of large-scale multifamily construction projects.

The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who can manage multiple stakeholders, drive schedules, oversee budgets, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

What You'll Do

• Lead construction projects from preconstruction through final completion.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and overall execution plans.
• Coordinate architects, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
• Prepare and manage bid packages, scopes of work, and subcontract awards.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to maintain schedule and budget.
• Review drawings, specifications, and project documentation to ensure accuracy and constructability.
• Manage project reporting, documentation, and communication with key stakeholders.
• Oversee Project Engineers, Coordinators, and field teams while providing mentorship and leadership.
• Drive quality control, safety, and overall project performance throughout the construction lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with ownership, design teams, and field operations to ensure successful project delivery.

What We're Looking For

• 5–7+ years of project management experience within commercial or multifamily construction.
• Experience managing large-scale residential or high-rise projects preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and project financials.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, Outlook, and other project management software.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
