This position is a full-time, grant-funded position, renewable through June 30, 2028. The Program Coordinator, Edward Jones Grant Program works directly with employers, non-profits, chambers of commerce, STLCC faculty and staff, and other community organizations to create and promote career exploration in accounting and business fields, create and implement a Summer Bridge Program, support implementation of the Edward Jones Scholarship program, serve as the mentor for the Edward Jones Scholars Program, support student internship and workplace learning opportunities, and facilitate financial literacy programs for future and current STLCC students. This position will be a key member of St. Louis Community College’s Workforce Learning Connection (WLC) team, which provides career exploration and work-based learning programming for 6th-12th grade students. The Edward Jones Grant Program Coordinator ensures all programming aligns with business and accounting fields and provides meaningful exposure to high-demand careers, postsecondary opportunities, and industry-recognized credentials. The role requires strong relationship-building skills, program management expertise, student engagement and success strategies, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
