We are happy to announce that there has been great interest in VCP’s Trainee Internship Programme this year and, as a result, a lot of young talented people will join VCP in the course of 2026.

Thank you very much for expressing your interest in joining VCP Polska as a Trainee in 2026 ! We are excited to see a lot of applications from you have come through.

Consequently, we must inform that there are no open positions for the current year, however we encourage you to submit applications for the next year as early as January 2027.

Applications for our 2026 Summer Internship programmes are now open.

VCP’s Summer Internship is a five-to-seven-week summer work experience program.
As a participant, you will have the opportunity to work on real responsibilities alongside fellow interns and our people. You will be fully immersed in our day-to-day activities and receive training designed to help you succeed.
The Summer Internship role is for candidates currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters university degree and in their penultimate or final year of study. We review applications on a rolling basis and encourage you to apply as soon as you are ready.

Internship Program Elements:
Duration: 5-7 weeks (from June to September)
Eligibility: Open to year 1-4 university students and master’s degree students
Application Process: Submitting a resume and cover letter together with availability details
Location: On-site at VCP’s offices in Warsaw
