Helpdesk Manager
Location: Remote

Pay: $150K

Pinnacle Partners is assisting our client in their search for a Helpdesk Manager to join their team as a remote resource. This successful resource will be responsible for leading the team to ensure company processes are being followed.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide major incident management leadership to quickly get systems up and running during outages
• Provide mentoring and direction for the team, and serve as an escalation point on issues
• Work within a regulated environment
• Work in an ITIL and ISM environment with processes, KPIs, and SLAs in place
• Communicate with internal business users to ensure processes are being followed

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience working in or leading a helpdesk, with the ability to provide guidance to those troubleshooting internal and external user issues
• 3+ years of management experience
• Ability to have direct conversations with users and confidently back up the processes in place,
• Strong communication skills to interact with internal and external business users, and the ability to stay calm in stressful situations

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Experience with vulnerability management, from a hands-on or leadership perspective
• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience with compliance areas
• ITIL or ISM experience

TERMS:

This is a direct hire opportunity with a salary up to $150K based on experience. Benefits include full medical, dental, and vision along with other benefits.
