We are currently hiring a Service Technician to work out of Rawlins, WY. Our Service Technicians perform maintenance, repair and installation of internet, phone, and television services.

Responsibilities:

• Install new services purchased by customer and ensure they are fully functioning
• Test, troubleshoot, and repair broadband, television, and telephone service equipment located outside the customer premise
• Install temporary and permanent residential and business drops
• Troubleshoot and repair copper and fiber mainline and drops
• Restore services due to unpredictable events
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Locate underground facilities

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Two-three years telecommunications/electronics/RF coaxial systems experience, preferred
• Associate degree in electronics or network management, preferred
• Previous experience troubleshooting
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
