Overview
Learn a highly sought out trade while getting paid to do so. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. We are also seeking someone eager to learn the plumbing trade. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction plumbing and be expert at performing a variety of plumbing tasks, including installation, maintenance, and repair of piping systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
• Perform pipe threading and welding as needed for various installations.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for construction tasks.
• Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or needed repairs.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction sites to ensure project completion.
• Carry out heavy lifting tasks as required during installations or repairs.
• Provide maintenance person services for minor repairs related to plumbing or remodeling projects.

Skills

• Proficient in construction plumbing techniques and practices.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively.
• Experience with HVAC systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with carpentry skills for related tasks in remodeling projects.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations necessary for measurements and installations.
• Experience in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Valid commercial driving license preferred for transportation of materials to job sites.
• Previous construction site experience is highly desirable.
• Capable of working independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
