We are looking for an experienced Automotive Technician (A-B Level Technician) who takes pride in diagnosing complex problems, performing high-quality repairs, and working alongside a team that genuinely supports one another.

What You'll Do

• Perform advanced diagnostics on domestic, Asian, and light-duty European vehicles.
• Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, steering, suspension, brake, electrical, HVAC, and drivability concerns.
• Use factory-level scan tools, diagnostic equipment, wiring diagrams, and service information to accurately identify vehicle issues.
• Perform engine performance, electrical, and computer system diagnostics.
• Complete repairs according to manufacturer specifications while maintaining the highest quality standards.
• Perform ADAS calibrations and advanced vehicle system diagnostics (experience preferred).
• Conduct alignments and suspension repairs.
• Maintain detailed repair documentation and communicate findings clearly with service advisors.
• Perform quality control inspections to ensure repairs are completed correctly the first time.
• Keep a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Mentor and assist other technicians when appropriate.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
• Master-level diagnostic and repair abilities.
• ASE Certifications are preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong electrical diagnostic skills with the ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Experience with scan tools, oscilloscopes, and modern diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to diagnose complex drivability and electrical issues efficiently.
• Experience with diesel and ADAS systems is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in a fast-paced shop environment.
• Positive attitude, reliability, professionalism, and strong work ethic.
• Team player who takes pride in producing quality work.
