Hello! We are seeking a Systems & Data Analyst to support ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) reporting initiatives. This role is highly focused on data integrity, systems management, and reporting accuracy, with primary responsibility for administering the Workiva platform and managing sustainability data.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes, building reliable datasets, improving data quality, and optimizing reporting workflows.

This is an onsite contract job in Westerville, OH. Only candidates that can work 5 days per week in Westerville will be considered.

Pay range for this contract role is $40-50 an hour (W2) based on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Workiva platform for ESG reporting
• Collect, import, cleanse, and manage carbon emissions and environmental data
• Validate data accuracy and resolve data quality issues
• Perform detailed data analysis to ensure reporting readiness
• Develop and maintain data workflows, templates, and documentation
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather sustainability metrics
• Drive process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency
• Ensure compliance with ESG frameworks and reporting standards

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Workiva (required)
• Strong experience working with large datasets and data validation
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Excellent organization and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with carbon accounting or GHG emissions reporting
• Knowledge of ESG / sustainability reporting frameworks
• Experience with data integration, BI tools, or reporting platforms
