Techstar European Car Masters and Techstar Japanese & Domestic Car Masters are premier independent automotive repair facilities located in Temecula, California. We provide dealership-quality service with honest, transparent, and professional customer care. We are currently seeking a Full-Time, In-Person Service Advisor who is professional, organized, customer-focused, and passionate about delivering a first-class service experience.

Job Type: Full-Time, In-Person

Schedule

• Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday & Sunday: Closed

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally and create a welcoming experience.
• Schedule service appointments and maintain an organized workflow.
• Obtain customer and vehicle information before appointments whenever possible.
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately communicate repair needs to technicians.
• Communicate with the Parts Department to obtain required parts.
• Prepare repair orders and maintain accurate documentation.
• Explain repair recommendations, completed work, and all charges to customers.
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
• Road test vehicles when required or coordinate with a qualified test technician.
• Ensure all repair orders are paid before releasing vehicles.
• Verify vehicles are parked in designated areas, secured, and all keys are properly labeled and stored.
• Handle incoming phone calls regarding appointments, repair status, and customer concerns.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and notify management of any escalated issues.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Assist in supervising apprentice technicians when assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive Service Advisor experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to read and understand technical automotive information.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Valid California driver's license.
• Clean driving record.
• Current automobile insurance.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and coworkers.
• Experience with Tekmetric or other shop management software is a plus.
