We are seeking a talented Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing mechanical systems and components using industry-standard software and tools. This position requires the ability to work in a team environment communicating with several different departments. The goal is to design and fabricate with innovation and excellence in mind.

Responsibilities:

· Develop detailed design drawings and specifications for mechanical equipment, components, and systems

· Collaborate with engineers to create innovative solutions for mechanical design challenges

· Utilize SolidWorks and other software to create 2D and 3D models

· Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all designs

· Participate in design reviews and provide input for continuous improvement

· Assist in the development of system design concepts and prototypes

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex techinical information to diverse audiences

Requirements:

· Proficiency in 3-D modeling software

· Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)

· Proficient in Office Suite

· Ability to reliably commute/relocate to Amarillo, TX

Experience:

· Mechanical design- 1 year (Preferred)

· SolidWorks- 1 year (Preferred)
