Responsibilities:

• Acts as a liaison and field escalation focal point between customers and factory.
• Provide Alpha Site Support to Engineering. Specifically related to installation, operation,calibration, service and/or testing of a new hardware, process or software design in house on an engineering tool.
• Provides Beta Site Support. Specifically related to installation, operation, calibration, service and/or testing of a new hardware, process or software design.
• Provide expert on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for complex electro-mechanical systems at customer facilities. Perform complete installation/relocation start-up services.
• Troubleshoot equipment problems and conduct diagnostic procedures to isolate problems and take steps to minimize downtime or system interruptions and eliminate equipment malfunctions. Determine corrective actions as required.
• Provide presentations to customers on system upgrades, support plans, technical demonstrations.
• Conduct training sessions for customers and internal teams, sharing knowledge and expertise on equipment operation and maintenance best practices.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, engineering, and sales, to address customer needs and provide feedback for product improvement.
• Create and maintain detailed service reports, technical documentation, and equipment manuals.
• Provide technical instruction and mentoring for junior-level engineers.
• May perform other related duties as assigned by or requested by the manager.

Qualifications:

• B.S. Level Degree in Electrical Engineering and 3 to 6 years of relevant experience
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Quick comprehension of semiconductor front-end equipment.
• Prior knowledge of semiconductor OEM products and customer base.
