Duties

• Safely operate various delivery vehicles, including box trucks and other commercial vehicles with manual transmissions
• Load and unload goods using equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring items are handled with care
• Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and punctuality
• Deliver packages directly to customers’ locations, providing friendly and professional customer service throughout each interaction
• Verify delivery details, obtain signatures when required, and document all deliveries accurately
• Assist with warehouse tasks such as inventory management, moving stock, and maintaining a clean work environment
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues promptly

Skills

• Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier, with a strong focus on route driving and customer service excellence
• Familiarity with warehouse operations, including loading, unloading, and moving heavy items using dollies
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating box trucks or similar commercial vehicles preferred
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during loading/unloading processes
• Knowledge of local traffic laws and safe driving practices for manual transmission vehicles
• Excellent organizational skills to plan routes effectively and manage multiple deliveries daily
• Strong communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members

Pay: $150.00 - $190.00 per day
