TP Orthodontics is seeking a motivated, relationship‑driven Territory Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role blends outside sales(in‑person visits) with inside sales activities, focusing on developing new business and expanding existing accounts within dental practices and Dental Service Organizations (DSOs).

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business through in‑person visits to dental offices
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive account growth
• Present orthodontic products and services in a professional and knowledgeable manner
• Conduct outbound calls for prospecting, follow‑ups, and relationship management
• Track and manage sales activities using CRM or internal systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience
• Attend trade shows, dental events, and industry conferences as needed

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales, outside sales, or account management
• Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and well‑organized
• Comfortable with local travel and face‑to‑face customer interaction
• Dental or orthodontic industry experience is a plus but not required
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
