Summary:
Carlisle Medical, a fast growing privately held company, is seeking a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative to work remotely from home in the Birmingham area. Carlisle Medical has been a leader in the Workers Compensation benefit management for the last 45 years.
The successful candidate must be able to train on site in our Mobile office for one week at company expense.

Education and Experience:
(3) years related customer service or telephonic experience and/or training preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills:
Must possess excellent written grammatical skills. Ability to read and interpret documents such as letters and reports. Excellent understanding of proper telephone etiquette and customer service skills. Must be exceptional editing, grammar and spelling.
