The Settlement Officer/Marketing Representative is responsible for originating deals for the company and ensuring the highest quality service and customer satisfaction for our clients. The Settlement Officer/Marketing Representative is expected to manage the settlement transaction from the opening of each file until the successful completion of disbursement of the settlement. A current sales pipeline and the willingness and desire to originate from that network and to grow the same, along with independent management of the settlement process, attention to detail, and superior client service skills, will be critical to succeeding in this role.

Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Market realtors, builders, investors and loan officers.
• Originate settlements and work to meet monthly settlement goals.
• Daily communication with clients, realtors, lenders, lawyers, vendors, and team members.
• Meet with clients that come by the office and conduct settlements.
• Resolve client complaints quickly and in calm, professional manner.

Qualifications:

• Prior Sales Experience Required
• Minimum of two years of experience as a settlement officer with experience in processing settlements in the state of Maryland.
• A 4-year degree from an accredited college or university or acceptable work experience from a law office or title company.
• A proven record of conducting settlements.
• Experience interacting with clients on a regular basis and delivering highest quality service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team oriented and professional.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

Salary commensurate with experience.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
