Position Overview

Concordia Consulting Group (CCG) is seeking an experienced Concur Reporting Consultant to support the GSA GO.gov project. GO.gov is the 3rd generation of the E-Gov Travel Service program, delivering a unified travel and expense (T&E) managed service to support Federal civilian employees across 124 government agencies. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to provide insights that support critical business decisions, while supporting system configuration, testing, and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable business insights. Generate operational and analytical reports focused on Travel and Expenses.
• Support Concur Travel and Expense configuration, system testing, integration testing, and production support.
• Lead design workshop sessions and handle design requirements gathering.
• Support testing and defect management while ensuring compliance with Federal Travel Regulations (FTR) and industry standards.

Required Skills and Experience

• Certified in Concur Implementation with 3+ years of experience in Concur Travel & Expense implementation and production support.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in report generation on Travel and Expenses (both operational and analytical).
• Experience with IBM Cognos development.
• Experience with IBM Cognos administration.
• Knowledge of SAP Concur Intelligence architecture and data models.
• Experience with report scheduling and management.
• In-depth knowledge of Concur configuration (travel booking, expense, and reporting) and deep knowledge of the Federal Travel Regulation (FTR).
• Direct experience with credit card clearing processes and implementation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. Experience with the GSA Travel reporting Tool.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Proven experience integrating Concur Expense with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, HR, CRM) and related travel/expense applications (e.g., TripIt, ExpenseIT, fraud detection, risk, duty of care, SOS) to ensure seamless data flow and robust security controls.
• Certified in Concur Travel Implementation and Configuration.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $105,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
