About the Role:

Join a high performing, commission driven real estate team focused on off market U.S. property acquisitions. As an Acquisition Agent, you will play a critical role in sourcing and securing undervalued properties for resale to investors. This position is fully commission based, rewarding high performers with direct financial upside per closed deal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify motivated sellers and undervalued properties using targeted marketing, cold outreach, direct mail, and networking.
• Qualify leads, conduct property research, and evaluate potential ROI for investors.
• Negotiate preliminary purchase agreements with property owners, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with all applicable laws.
• Collaborate with team leadership to prioritize deals and submit contracts for approval and assignment.
• Maintain detailed records of all communications and deal activity within the company CRM.
• Implement proven acquisition strategies and contribute to process improvement for scalable deal flow.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven ability in negotiation, persuasion, and lead generation; real estate experience preferred but not required.
• Self motivated and results driven, capable of managing an independent workload with accountability.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in documenting deals and maintaining pipeline visibility.
• Comfortable operating 100% on commission; performance directly drives income.
• Ability to adapt to remote work and multi state property markets.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month
