Tracemark Impression is a full-service digital marketing agency looking for a Website Operations Manager to fully own our website projects from onboarding through launch. This role is execution-focused, not sales.
You will be responsible for website builds and redesigns, coordinating internally, communicating with clients, and ensuring every website launches on time, on scope, and at a high standard. This role requires strong WordPress and Elementor expertise, technical confidence, and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
Responsibilities
Website Project Management
- Manage website projects from onboarding through launch
- Enforce timelines, SOPs, and quality standards
- Own approvals, deliverables, and next steps
- Prevent delays and scope creep
Client Communication
- Lead onboarding calls and explain the website process
- Act as the primary point of contact post-sale
- Schedule and lead website walkthroughs and revision calls
- Answer client questions and resolve concerns
- Conduct monthly client check-in calls
- Send weekly and monthly client reports
WordPress & Technical Oversight
- Strong working knowledge of WordPress and Elementor
- Review website layouts, UX, responsiveness, and functionality
- Understand hosting, domains, DNS, SSL, and launches
- Ensure websites are fully launch-ready
- Perform internal quality control before client delivery
Revisions & Quality Control
- Collect and consolidate client revision requests
- Translate feedback into clear internal instructions
- Review completed revisions before client delivery
- Enforce scope boundaries and feedback rules
Internal Coordination
- Create and manage website projects in Monday.com
- Assign designers and lock build timelines
- Document kickoff summaries and build briefs
- Lead weekly accountability calls
- Remove blockers and execution issues
Launch & Handoff
- Coordinate domain, DNS, and hosting access
- Execute website launches
- Perform final post-launch checks
- Record and send Loom handoff videos
- Confirm client access and credentials
Requirements
- Strong experience with WordPress and Elementor (required)
- Solid understanding of hosting, domains, DNS, and SSL
- Experience managing website builds or redesigns
- Client-facing experience with strong communication skills
- Highly organized and process-driven
- Comfortable enforcing timelines and scope
Preferred (Not Required)
- SEO and on-page optimization experience
- Google Ads knowledge
- Google Analytics and Search Console experience
- Agency or multi-client environment experience
- Familiarity with Monday.com
Compensation
- $16–$25 per hour (based on experience)
