We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Store Manager to lead our retail team and drive store success. Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all store operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service activities.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members to build a high-performing retail staff.
• Develop and implement sales strategies, promotional activities, and merchandising plans to maximize revenue.
• Manage employee schedules, shift assignments, and payroll processing to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, purchasing, and pricing strategies to optimize product availability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and cash handling procedures.
• Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and performance.

Requirements

• Proven management experience within the retail industry, including supervising teams and managing store operations.
• Strong skills in negotiation, sales management, and customer service excellence.
• Experience with POS systems, inventory management software, and basic bookkeeping practices.
• Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual abilities are preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to handle cash handling, payroll processing, and operational budgeting effectively.
• Knowledge of retail math, merchandising techniques, pricing strategies, and inventory control methods.
• Ability to lead with confidence through managerial communication, team management, and operational oversight.
• Previous experience in grocery stores or wireless sales is advantageous but not required.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
