Own the client relationship and the numbers behind a growing 24/7 fleet maintenance operation.
About Hermont Hermont is a Canadian fleet maintenance company expanding into Texas. We keep commercial delivery vehicles safe, compliant, and on the road for national last-mile delivery operations — handling preventive maintenance, DOT inspections, and mobile repair so their fleets are ready to run every single day. San Antonio is one of our first Texas markets, with Austin close behind — so the people we bring on now get in at the ground floor of our U.S. growth, with room to grow as we do.
The role We're launching in San Antonio, maintaining 900+ commercial delivery vehicles, and we're hiring a Program Manager to own the account: the client relationship, the service-level commitments, and the performance data that proves we're delivering. This is a high-visibility, ground-floor role for someone who's equally comfortable in a client meeting and in a spreadsheet, with a clear path to broader regional scope.
What you'll do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the client and own the health of the account
- Own service-level performance — fleet uptime, PM compliance, turnaround time, and cost per vehicle — and report on it
- Prepare and lead regular business reviews with the client
- Monitor program-level compliance with DOT/FMCSA regulations and Texas commercial vehicle inspection requirements
- Turn performance data into action: spot trends, flag risks, and drive continuous-improvement initiatives
- Partner with the Operations and Regional Managers on workforce planning — using performance data to flag staffing needs and helping coordinate hiring during launch and ramp
- Manage contract scope, change requests, and reporting accuracy alongside the admin team
- Help stand up and onboard our upcoming Austin operation
What we're looking for
- 3–5+ years in program, account, or project management — ideally in logistics, fleet, operations, or a service-contract environment
- Proven client / stakeholder management, including owning an SLA or performance commitment
- Strong data and reporting fluency (Excel, dashboards, KPIs) — able to run a program off numbers, not impressions
- Working knowledge of, or the ability to quickly learn, DOT/FMCSA and fleet compliance
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Valid driver's license
Nice to have
- Experience supporting a last-mile delivery, logistics, or high-volume delivery fleet
- Familiarity with fleet management / work-order software
- Experience coordinating hiring or onboarding, especially during a launch
- PMP or similar certification
Compensation & time off
- Base salary $80,000–$100,000 per year, based on experience
- Performance bonus tied to program KPIs (uptime and service-level targets)
- Paid time off and paid vacation
- Ground-floor role with room to grow into broader regional responsibility
Schedule
- Full-time, on-site, primarily standard business hours (Monday–Friday)
- Occasional flexibility to support an operation that runs 24/7, 365 days a year
