We are currently seeking a Nursing Services Manager to provide strategic leadership for our Emergency, Critical Care, In-Patient Care, and Radiology nursing teams.

The Nursing Services Manager is the senior-most clinical operations leader within the hospital overseeing all aspects of nursing and clinical support services while upholding the highest standards of care. This role is responsible for strategic planning, staff development, operational workflows, budget management, and fostering a high-performing, collaborative culture aligned with hospital-wide goals. It's pivotal in linking nursing activities with overall hospital objectives and advancing initiatives that support both the organization’s mission and the broader veterinary nursing profession.
