**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly motivated and attentive Server to join our dynamic team at our restaurant. As a Server, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers have a memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and providing exceptional guest services. **Responsibilities:** - Greet guests and provide a warm welcome to our restaurant - Take orders accurately and efficiently - Prepare tables for service and maintain a clean and organized dining area - Serve food and beverages in a timely and attentive manner - Handle cash and credit transactions using our POS system - Manage tables and ensure that all guests receive their meals and drinks promptly - Provide excellent customer service and handle any guest complaints or issues professionally - Maintain knowledge of our menu and ingredients to answer questions and make recommendations - Work effectively with our kitchen staff to ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately and in a timely manner - Use OpenTable to manage reservations and table assignments - Utilize math skills to accurately calculate bills and handle cash and credit transactions - Maintain a positive and professional attitude, and work as part of a team to ensure that our restaurant operates smoothly and efficiently - Provide exceptional guest services, including answering questions and making recommendations - Help with opening and closing duties, including setting up the dining area and cleaning up after service **Skills:** - Proficiency in using POS systems, including Aloha POS - Knowledge of food handling and preparation - Experience working in a restaurant environment - Excellent customer service and sales skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Strong math skills - Experience with guest services and helping to ensure a positive dining experience - Familiarity with OpenTable and other restaurant management systems - Ability to work effectively as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude - High school diploma or equivalent required

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
