We are seeking a detail-oriented Webmaster & Technical SEO Specialist to manage the digital presence of our aviation brokerage and maintenance platforms. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical web optimization, asset management, and aviation inventory systems. You will be entirely responsible for ensuring our aircraft listings, inventory updates, and service pages are flawless, lightning-fast, and rank at the top of organic search engines.

Key Responsibilities

• Website & Inventory Management: Own the day-to-day administration of our Squarespace platform. This includes creating, updating, and formatting highly detailed aircraft inventory listings, specifications, and photography.
• Aviation Market Data Integration: Utilize industry-standard aviation database tools to cross-reference equipment data, research tail numbers, track market history, and verify build specifications.
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Implement robust on-page and technical SEO strategies. You will manage keyword optimization, meta tags, alt text, internal linking structures, and implement custom structured data (Schema markup) to ensure aircraft listings are accurately indexed by major search platforms.
• Asset & Media Optimization: Efficiently batch-process, resize, compress, and format high-resolution aircraft images and spec sheets to maintain rapid page-load speeds without sacrificing visual clarity.
• Front-End Tweaks & Styling: Inject custom HTML/CSS patches within Squarespace when necessary to optimize layout limits, improve mobile responsiveness, and enhance user experience.
• Analytics & Performance Tracking: Monitor site health, index status, and traffic trends using major webmaster verification tools. Actively troubleshoot crawl errors or broken links.

Qualifications & Skills

• Platform Expertise: Proven hands-on experience managing and customizing Squarespace sites.
• SEO Tools: Strong working knowledge of webmaster tools, specifically Google Search Console and Microsoft Bing Webmaster Tools, to monitor indexing and troubleshoot search health.
• Aviation Software: Experience with or exposure to specialized aviation intelligence and inventory databases, such as JETNET, AMSTAT, or MRO/Parts software like AvPro.
• Office Productivity & Spreadsheets: High proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for organizing high volumes of technical aircraft specifications, serial numbers, and data uploads.
• Digital Asset Management: Proficiency with image resizing and editing software (e.g., GIMP, Photoshop, or automated batch image compressors) to clean up and scale aircraft photography for optimal web performance.
• Technical Skills: Comfortable writing and applying custom HTML and CSS within template constraints.
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional precision when dealing with technical data, technical specs, and high-value listings where accuracy is paramount.

Pay: $71,513.22 - $86,572.48 per year
