St. Joseph's Villa is currently recruiting for a Full-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join Community Based Service and Outpatient Behavioral Treatment programs. Under the direction and guidance of the Director of Community Based Service and Clinical Supervisor of In-Home Behavioral Treatment (Licensed Behavior Analyst – LBA), the position of Behavior Analyst is responsible for assisting with all clinical aspects of the Applied Behavior Analysis program for children and adolescents with significant behavioral and developmental disabilities, within the policies and procedures of St. Joseph’s Villa. Responsibilities include assisting with assessments, staffing, conducting individual, group and family sessions, and other services listed in the treatment plan. Responsibilities include supporting ABA staff, assisting with service delivery and clinical program development.

All work is performed within a systems-based framework with strong collaboration skills with and in support of other services offered by St. Joseph's Villa. This position actively advocates for the clients and the Villa in the community while ensuring quality services to each person served and their families. Additionally, work should be performed in accordance with the highest professional ethical standards and in alignment with Saint Joseph’s Villa mission, values, and guiding principles.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 10:00am - 6pm (Full-Time)

Salary: Starting at $90,000 annually (Full-Time)
