A Consultant is responsible for contributing risk management and credit administration services to client engagements across different lines of business, including but not limited to loan review, commercial credit underwriting, and mortgage quality control.
Client Engagement: Participate in client engagements under the guidance of senior team members, contributing to the development and implementation of risk management solutions.
Research and Analysis: Analyze borrower financial statements and other relevant documentation to evaluate borrower risk profiles. Evaluate effectiveness of credit underwriting, loan portfolio management and adherence to loan policy. Utilize Enlighten standard procedures, analytical tools, risk management methodologies, and industry best practices s to evaluate risks and develop recommendations.
Documentation and Reporting: Prepare clear and concise documentation, reports, and presentations to communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders. Ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with project objectives and client expectations.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including senior consultants, managers, and analysts, to support project delivery and achieve project goals. Contribute proactively to team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and knowledge sharing initiatives.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, demonstrating professionalism, responsiveness, and a commitment to exceeding expectations. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their feedback, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction with our services.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Risk Management, or a related field.
Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
