By far the best group of folks I've worked with in 10+ years in games. The people here treat each other with kindness and respect. Sure, the pressure can be high, but we still manage to be decent to one another. Worth checking out for sure. I don't think another AAA publisher can hit this bar.

Cons

Typical game dev: minimal structure, high chaos. You'll need to love game dev to perform at your best.
