      Pros

      Their "Real World" demeanor and weekly pay is a great asset as well as the great benefits but something no one as a company can match is the fact of caring. This company truly cares about your life and what you have going on, and will not put you in a position that you are not suitable for and that in itself is honorable.

      Cons

      May take 3 months or more to go perm...though your in "good hands" meanwhile but dealing with the fact of "not being a perm employee" which in reality isn't actually so bad.

      Pros

      A3 staffing has a very fast respond time and a willingness to help you at all times. Going as far as giving personal cell numbers to contact them at any time you need them.

      Cons

      I had no issues working with A3 and see a bright future ahead for the company based on how it works with individuals.
