Pros

Great people and Great product. Hot cybersecurity niche with significant competitive advantage across the product, management & development.

Cons

Growing very fast, organically. The company continues to more than double in headcount every year and with this comes change & fast evolution. The bonus is the change is positive with more oppty, bigger customers, bigger challenges & rewards. But it's definately fast-paced! Also, everyone needs to learn the product, whether you have a technical background or not.

Pros

Action1 is a fast growing company that helps their employees feel like they are 100% the reason they are growing. they empower their employees to be the best and give them the resources to do so. Everyone has an open door policy and questions are always welcome. also 100% remote!
