Pros

I learned so much from my time working in line service at Aero Air. It's a fast-paced environment, and you have to have thick skin, but it's a great place if you're willing to learn, be a team player, and follow instructions. If you're looking to start a career in aviation and want to ease your way into it, definitely consider a ramp agent/line service position at a small FBO like Aero Air.

Cons

Low pay and there might be a lot of physical labor for someone who's not used to it but nothing crazy.

Pros

Flexible schedule fair pay good working culture Good support from others with more experience, whether working remotely or in the repair station.

Cons

Pay and culture really depends on where you work for Aero Air geographically. Historically, they've had stagnant pay, and raises are hard to come by once you're hired.
