Not a place to grow or get ahead.
Pros
The coworkers are great everyone is nice including the Managers. They always have a positive attitude and take pride in working hard. I was welcomed from day 1 by the coworkers.
Cons
Overtime is mandatory so you work 52 hours per week. M-TH 7am-5pm F 7am-430 & Sat 7am-12pm. There are lots of rules and they are always there to remind you of your mistakes. You get only 2 weeks paid vacation that is the maximum although you get some holidays paid. The owner is walking around like he is a dictator, and never says hello, not even if you greet him. If you don't speak Spanish it will be difficult because 95% are Latinos so you will feel like a foreigner in your own country (Not to say it's wrong). Also there have been many workers who have been there for 3 years plus, and only have gotten a 25 cent raise. It seems that they look for small reasons to give you a negative point so that when it comes to your yearly review they will say that you didn't meet their expectations, and therefore no raise is given. Also the main Manager watches from a distance which is creepy, and then later the floor Manager will tell you what he didn't like.
