They employe you. Pay roll check has never bounced.
Cons
Management and HR talk to you like you're an idiot. HR doesn't do anything. There's no training. Regardless of fault, you are always to blame. They hire unqualified managers across the board. They'll switch your schedule without notice, as early as the next day, and tell you have to come in. The pay is not worth the stress.
