-A great interview process -Hiring management team was great, and always available to answer questions until you felt comfortable. -Both new agent managers and other managers were always supportive and want to help you succeed -Managers are very understanding and work with you -Always shifts to pick up

Cons

-Provide your own equipment -Can be difficult if you have younger kids at home because you have to be in a quiet and private room -Technology glitches with dashboard recording on particular monitors/computer setups can lead to working past your shift in some cases. -Not a lot of opportunity to grow within the company -Pay was a little low
