Pros

I love that I am an individual contributor with my own my goals yet still get the teamwork environment, especially working remotely. This job is very autonomous as long as I am producing and meeting expectations; if I need help or support, my manager, or any of the managers, are always there to help guide me. I am super competitive and love the thrill of closing a sale, and I never feel like I am watching clock.

Cons

This is a true sales position and can be very stressful, especially coming out of the pandemic. In the beginning, it is a lot of cold calling/prospecting to build a pipeline.

Great rapport with staff and management and appreciated and supported for the work I do.

Cons

There are no actual "Cons" to mention. Healthcare staffing is very challenging but also extremely fulfilling.
