      Great Company Culture

      Pros

      I transferred internally and through my old role and new one, The company culture is focused on learning and growing. Everyone was extremely supportive during the process.

      Some back and forth on the expectations of the role (they had just reworked the position)

      Amazing Work/Life Balance and Clear Path for Growth

      -Compensation is fair -Ample opportunity for growth -Get to travel several times a year to conferences -Flexible/ample PTO

      Cons

      -being remote I really only get to interact with my team virtually, other than that I don't have any cons
