Pros

Very good smart people who work here. Really are dedicated to patient care and don’t just use it as an excuse to price gouge. Ardelyx is a great company with a good CEO with good ethics. Great products and leadership.

The best way to get a promotion is to get on well with senior management while producing good numbers. True leadership skills aren't required.
