Pros

A good place to work where people are friendly, helpful and want you to succeed. The environment is nice, and the patients have what they need to learn and excel.

Cons

If you cannot handle the fire, get out of the kitchen. It should be understood as to what environment you are stepping into, while it can be challenging at times, it's also rewarding.

Pros

In my 4 months of being here I feel like the company genuinely cares about the welfare of their employees and that translate to staff caring about clients.

Cons

There is room for improvement especially in offering more hours for part time employees who want to be more involved.

Pros

Great team that is willing to support and listen. Strong leadership along with inclusivity. It is cool to work in a place with such a diverse culture. The clients are amazing and their BCBAs are great at teaching and guiding. So happy to work at this company!

Cons

It is a hard job if you have no experience with kids, or autism.
