Good people, growing business, opportunities to learn, exposure to top level management

Cons

Work-life balance seems to struggle during very busy times (which has been a lot of the time lately), DEI efforts/employee wellness initiatives are lacking. Management has not yet realized the trends that come along with the generational shift of new workers.
