I can't say enough good things about working at Awana. The staff are incredibly friendly, relational, and delightful to work with. The leadership team has a compelling vision for the future of the organization and commitment to the mission of child discipleship. The reach of the organization has grown exponentially in recent years and has no sign of slowing down. God is at work in and through Awana. I hope you can join the team and contribute to this remarkable mission and team.

I cannot think of any cons to working at Awana. The culture is highly positive and the team is remarkable!

The employees at Awana are the most kind-hearted people I have ever worked with. Despite working remote, I feel well connected to the mission, vision, and employees of Awana.

Incredibly healthy and transparent organization. Everyone really cares - not only about the mission of the organization - but also the people in the organization.
