      Pros

      You get to work with the best in your graduating class, while learning from senior staff... while working on your masters which they pay for!

      Cons

      Immense amount of work; you are always expected to go above and beyond your normal 40 hour work week... then volunteer... then do your school work... you have no life outside of ELDP.
