1. Communication between Employer and Employees is really good, Keeping up with the trends in the Industry and discussing with the employees. 2. Competitive Pay. 3. Good Health Benefits. 4. Organized in the documentation process of the H1, Renewals and Green Card Processing. 5. Good client and Prime vendor contacts in the various fields in the IT industry. 6. On-time Payments. 7. Per Diem provided without any hassles depending upon the Projects. 8. Always upto date with the immigration related information.
