The Company started November 2022. The pay for Union employees is one of the highest in the industry. While non-union pay is competetive. There is a lot of potential for career growth and development. Core values include Accountability, Innovation, Collaboration, Integrity, and Service. As a newer Company, we are dedicated to continuous improvement initiatives to further the success of our associates and customers we service.
Cons
The work for Union associates is strenuous and challenging. Our warehouse is a cold storage environment which can also be challenging. New associates must be able to work either shift due to the Union CBA and it can be more than 90 days for a new associate to attain a bidder position with a permanent schedule.
