The company is trying really hard to take care of its employees, they offer paid time off for part timers, a recognition program, and a slew of other benefits not normally seen at part time jobs.

Matches 401K up to 5% for part and full time. Part timers get PDOs. Full time gets paid holidays, and 2 1/2 times if you work on a holiday. Management is friendly and easy to approach.

Cons

Stores are managed individually, but aren't franchised. Store managers adapt policies to their liking, causing headaches for customer service and customers.
