Toxic environment horrible place to work.

None. Worst place I have worked at. I enjoy the job and never felt this bad in my entire bdr life.
Cons
BMC helix SDR. This place is horrible. Never felt this bad in my life. Treated like utter garbage, I am the only sdr and management just leatch off you and blame when the business doesn't perform. It's gone from strategic to just message everyone and hope it sticks. There is no accountability, and the org has no demand generation so it's the sdr who gets Blaimed because people don't pick up. No one knows how to sell helix and if you don't get outbound meetings management decide not to pay you on an inbound. The website doesn't even come up when you search it, management just look at stats and tell you what you are not doing rather than finding out what actually works, it's a sad place. The APAC region is just left to the side, there is an issue with how customers and prospects view helix but the response is "we are better than servicenow' yeah having a handfull of customers in the region makes you better.... Don't think so. They pick and choose what to respond for rfps. No bid management so if you prospect a cold account they go to RFP oh nah we won't go for it. Then you get Blaimed on pg. Management don't know how to write a cold email and the only business coming through is past relationships of ae's. Bullying is evident. I am an older sdr but treated like I don't know anything because I am the junior person. There is no culture, nothing to motivate people, no career progression and no plan to get someone interested into an AE role. It's a sad place and wonder why customers have left.
